Recovery Advisory Retainer
Continuing advisory availability beside the sponsor and the project director for as long as the sponsor wants an independent view on the recovery decisions. The scope and principal availability are agreed in writing and reviewed as the project condition changes.

Progress Verification
Independent verification of reported progress, earned value, and forecast for a board, lender, or joint-venture partner: sampled physical progress walks, rules-of-credit check, schedule health, and a plain-language variance letter. Torvane reports whether claimed progress is consistent with what was observed. It does not certify progress, value, or completion, and it does not approve draws.

Governance Seat
Independent status to the sponsor, board, or lender on an agreed cadence. Attends the governance meeting, reads what the dashboard does not say, and puts it in writing.

Who receives the report?
The party that commissioned the work: the sponsor, project director, board, lender, or insurer named in the engagement letter. The report is addressed to that party and is not shared with others without written permission.
