We do not provide design review; structural, code, or technical adequacy opinions; insurance placement; policy or coverage opinions; claims adjustment; legal advice; safety management; QC inspection or acceptance; payment certification; or direction of construction work.
Every assignment has fixed scope, a fixed fee, and a defined timeline, confirmed in writing before work begins. Travel at cost. No success fees. Advisory only.
