Torvane Partners is a trade name of Element1x Holdings LLC, Overland Park, Kansas (“Torvane”, “we”).

What we collect. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, and the message you write. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which transmits your submission to us by email and does not retain it for marketing. This site may use privacy-respecting analytics that record page views and approximate location without cookies that identify you. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Why we use it. To respond to your inquiry, to arrange and conduct advisory engagements, and to keep records required by law or our engagement letters.

Retention. Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to three years thereafter unless an engagement follows, in which case records are kept under the terms of that engagement.

Sharing. We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (email hosting, form processing, analytics) and where required by law.

Your choices. You may ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing RobertTraister@TorvanePartners.com.

Changes. We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
