Define the assignment
We establish the client role, project context, question to be addressed, reporting audience, required independence, available information, site involvement, timing, confidentiality arrangements, and intended deliverables.

Establish the evidence base
We identify the records, data, schedules, cost information, reports, interviews, site observations, and third-party materials required for the work. Information not available, incomplete, inconsistent, or requiring validation is identified clearly.

Analyze the project condition
The analysis is defined by the assignment: development conditions, credit exposure, insurance trigger events, owner controls, contractor capacity, operations readiness, or project records in a legal or dispute context.

Distinguish evidence from judgment
Torvane distinguishes observed or documented information, management assumptions, analytical conclusions, and professional judgment. Material limitations, dependencies, alternative interpretations, and information gaps are stated directly.

Deliver usable work products
The client receives the reports, memoranda, registers, analyses, briefing materials, and action schedules required for the assignment. Deliverables are structured for the reporting audience and project context.

Define follow-up separately
If further monitoring, action-closure review, independent expert work, site involvement, or subsequent analysis is required, that work is scoped separately with its own objectives, evidence requirements, timing, and deliverables.
